Ingredients Required:
tomato: 1/2 kg
coconut liquid: 1/4 cup
pungent powder: 2 spoons
salt: as per your taste
coriander leaves: a little
cumin seed: a little
mustard: a little
asafoetida: one pinch
Method of Preparation:
put some water in a vessel. after it is boiled add tomatoes pieces. after it is boiled for some time add pungent powder. salt, coconut juice, coriander leaves. and boil the same further. then season the same with mustard and asafoetida in 2 spoons of oil.
