unemployment

We are a country with many people not having a job. Is it by circumstances? of their own making. Why I am saying it as their own making is that, we are used to the culture of waiting for a suitable job. If we observe closely, most of these currently unemployed people, look for a specific kind of job or a specific minimum position or for a job in a specific Industry. 

We are not ready to take up a job which doesnot meet these specifics and keep looking to fit in the specifics. We are not used to changing industries hence we keep waiting. 

we can safelly replace the word un-employment with under-employment.
